Question for you: what is the meaning of your name? Or rather, do you know the meaning of your name? And if you do, are you living up to the meaning of your name? And do you even like your name? You know, I've been thinking about this thing seriously. What is the meaning of my name? What is the symbolism of my name? What is the identity behind this name, Caroline?

And the reason I was thinking about it is because I was listening to someone who I consider to be very wise in the energy healing area, and this person was conducting a workshop. During that workshop, I noticed that he was asking everyone to first identify themselves by their names. He would ask you, what is your name and what is the meaning of your name, and he'd have everyone open up the internet if they didn't know what the meaning of their names were. And then he'd have them audibly announce their names, stand up straight, pronounce their names, and then he'd gauge their energy based on how they were pronouncing their names, or whether they felt that those names fitted them.

I mean, it was just amazing to observe how he was able to make the connection between the name and the disease and whatnot, and how he was recalibrating all these things in a way that was really making sense during the workshop and helping these people to identify some of the root causes behind the issues that they were facing. I mean, it was such a fascinating thing. So it made me think, oh my gosh, Caroline, you need to go and look up the meaning of your name. I was like, okay, I already know the meaning of my name, and I never paid particular attention to it, but this gave me a reason to really do a deep dive into the meaning of my name.

So I went online and started my research. And the thing is, I was only focusing on my first name, because I learned from that person that what was really required was the first name. The reason your first name works, or my first name works, for this exercise or whatever is because it's the most commonly known name. It's the name that I respond to. Everybody knows me as Caroline. They don't know my other names. I mean, and even if they do, they don't usually refer to me by my full names, unless it's my mother who is angry with me and they call out my full name, and then I know that I'm in trouble. But otherwise, most people just call me Caroline, and I respond to that name, and it's my personal face to the world. Okay, I am Caroline. So I did my research using that name.

And I wanted to find out several things. One of the things was, of course, I wanted to find out whether my name is tied up to anything that can cause some kind of illness or disease or whatnot. And then the other thing, I wanted to see how I personally live up to my name. Do I live up to the energy behind my name? Does my life reflect the energy of my name? Am I moving in the power of my name? Am I at peace with what I find out about what the meaning of my name is? And then I was also curious as to why certain people also reject their names. Why do people sometimes not like their names? I know sometimes, of course, there's stigma behind names and people drop their names, but what are the other reasons? Have you ever dropped your name? Have you ever changed your name? What led to the change? And are you planning to change it again, or are you happy with it as it is?

I cannot personally see myself changing my name unless something really radical happens, but I'm just curious about that. So anyway, as you can see, there's so many interesting things behind, or around, the energy or the meaning of a name. So I went online to find out what Caroline means.

So I found out some very interesting things, and some of them include: Caroline means free woman. And I was thinking to myself, free woman, that is so me, so me, so me. I am always about freedom. I cannot be contained. I feel that I need to be free all the time. This is just me. And then not only that, I'm an Aquarius moon. My energy is about freedom, is about independence. I just, I am a free woman. So the name Caroline totally is in resonance with who I am at heart. This is me. And you can ask anyone who knows me: I am all about freedom.

And you know, the thing about these things is that it's freedom, but there's the good, the bad, and the ugly. And you must be in full acceptance of all these things, the light side of freedom and the dark side of freedom. Everything has two sides or three sides or multiple sides, but you must work through the shadows of everything in order to be totally free. I cannot say that I'm completely free, but that is something that is intrinsically within me, and I'm always going in the direction of my own personal freedom, to free myself, my mind, to free my personality. There are limitations here and there, but liberty, freedom, and just independence, and just not to be constrained by anybody, or especially in my thoughts, or in the way I perceive life, or in my spirituality, I must be free.

So Caroline means free woman or man, but I'm a woman, so free woman. So I am free. And then the other thing: Caroline also means strong, or an embodiment of strength, and I feel that way. I feel that I'm a strong person. I have a strong mind, strong heart, strong attitude. I am strong in so many ways. You don't even want to know. I am really strong. So that totally resonated with me.

And then it also means song of happiness. Believe me, I can really channel joy. I can channel happiness. And that doesn't mean that I'm always happy. I have my times when I can be down, but really, I am usually a joy bringer wherever I go. When I'm part of a group or in a setting, I am the person who brings the joy. It just comes out naturally for me. So I totally resonate with that. Caroline means free, strong, song of happiness.

And then it also has this thing about being versatile, and then there's this curiosity thing, and then there's adaptability. I tell you, I wrote out everything that I could see online or find about the meaning of Caroline, and I was checking each thing against how I am living up to those expectations so that I can raise my own bar. And the beautiful thing is that I found out so many interesting things about my name and its energy.

I even went as far as looking up the numerology of the name Caroline, just the first name. And the name Caroline resonates to the number two, to the number five, and to the number nine. And look, I was born on the second. How can this be wrong? This was like right up my alley. And then for the number five: I was born on the second in the month of March. Two plus three is equal to five, and the name Caroline resonates to the number five. And then the number nine, completion. I am here for my last time. I'm a number nine energy as well, because I complete the cycle. So it kind of makes me feel like I'm kind of here for the last time, and then I'm out of here.

So anyway, all these things were making sense for me. And this was just an exciting exercise that stemmed from a workshop in which someone was using people's names to determine what kind of diseases they have and helping them to come back into alignment. And also it made me think about whether I was living up to the energy of my name.

So what is the meaning of your name? Do you know? Are you curious? Okay, then go online and find out what the meaning of your name is, and see whether you are living up to the energy of your name.
