Is your throat chakra out of balance, and how can you tell? How can you tell whether your throat chakra is balanced or not? Today, I want to share with you some specific things that will let you know without a shadow of doubt that your throat chakra is out of balance, so that you can do the necessary work that you need to do to bring it back into alignment. And even if you don't feel like doing that work, at least you'll be aware when your throat chakra is out of balance.
In this video, I won't be discussing how to balance your throat chakra, because I've made some previous videos that touch on this subject of your throat chakra, and I'm going to put a link with a throat chakra playlist at the end of this video. So if you're interested in watching all those other videos that touch on the throat chakra in various aspects, then you are free to do so if you have time, because this conversation today is going to be tight, and it's just going to be on how to help you identify whether your throat chakra is out of balance or not.
So before I get to the specific things that reveal that your throat chakra is out of balance, let me first briefly remind you of what your throat chakra is about. And if you're new to all these things, at least you can get an idea of what we're talking about and why it is important to have your throat chakra balanced and harmonized or aligned.
The general thing is this: your throat chakra is associated with your fifth chakra, and this chakra is the energy center that deals with communication, verbal expression, aka speaking, inner and outer listening, intellectual expression, soul expression, your creativity, in other words, how you express yourself through words, through your speech, how you sing, how you dance, your gestures, your movement, your art, all these different ways of expressing yourself are throat chakra issues.
The other thing is that your throat chakra is also associated with your voice as the symbol of your identity, the sound of your voice as the uniqueness of you. So obviously, if you don't like your voice, that is a definite throat chakra issue, and many of us are like that. Some people just don't like the sound of their voices, and when they hear their voices, especially when it's kind of recorded and then it's played back to them, they're just like, oh my god, is that me? So that disconnect right there between who you truly are and the sound that is coming from within you is always a sign that there's an imbalance right there.
These things are sort of obvious, but when you pay attention to them, then you can know what's really going on. And in this case, if you don't like the sound of your voice, remember that it's a throat chakra issue, and that chakra needs to come into balance, because you cannot separate yourself, you can't separate what's coming out of you from what you truly, truly believe is you. There has to be an alignment. So jump on the throat chakra alignment program. Okay, I used to be like that, so I totally know what's going on there.
The other thing is that your throat chakra is about authenticity. It's about being genuine. It's about your personal inner truth. So if you're being fake, then you know that your throat chakra is out of balance. If you're lying, which means you're really not telling the truth, you're not being authentic, you're pretending to be something else, so you're pretending to be in agreement with something else, you know that your throat chakra is out of balance. Lying, lying, lying is a throat chakra matter. And if you are the liar, or you know someone who is a liar, then you know that throat chakra matters are going on right there. Inner truth, authenticity, genuineness, those are throat chakra issues.
So those are just some of the general ideas about the throat chakra and the matters of communication and expression. And if you feel that I've touched on something that you might be interested in, or if you're still not sure whether some of those things have touched on really relate to you or not, the specific things that I'm going to share in a quick minute might give you some clarity on whether your throat chakra is balanced or not.
You can tell if your throat chakra is out of balance if you have difficulty speaking, if you have difficulty expressing yourself, those words just can't come out right. You try to say something, but it's just not coming out right. Sometimes it happens, even sometimes when I'm trying to make a video or something, or when I'm trying to communicate, it just takes forever for the words to come out the way that I want them to come out. And in some cases, or on some days, I just kind of give up because things are just not coming out clearly on those specific days. And I have to really check with myself whether I really am in balance in terms of my throat chakra or in terms of the communication I want to put across.
So if you have some difficulty speaking for whatever reason, or you have difficulty expressing yourself, or difficulty transmitting a message, or difficulty accepting yourself in a specific situation, then your throat chakra could be out of balance.
Then the other thing is that if you notice that you're talking too much, or your voice is too harsh, or the way you're transmitting information is unpleasant and it's just not right, or that the way you're communicating is kind of leaving a bad taste in people's mouths, or you can just notice from people's reactions that you're not really feeling the way you're communicating, then take a moment and just stop, and maybe during your meditation or whatnot, work on balancing your throat chakra. Because when your throat chakra is balanced, even when the message you're communicating is harsh, there has to be some sweetness to the vibration, or some harmony, or some pleasantness, or something within your vibration that allows the other people around you to get what you're saying, and for them to feel harmonized and balanced as the sound of your voice comes through.
And then the other thing is, if your voice is too loud or if it's too weak, then your throat chakra is out of balance. If it's too loud, to the point where when you enter a room and you open your mouth and everyone is just like, oh my gosh, just because they heard the sound of your voice. It's not like you're saying something bad, it's just that you're too loud. And I know some people like that. Even sometimes I'm like that, okay.
Or if your voice is too weak, I know someone whose voice is so weak that when I hear that voice, I just feel myself closing down. You're just, you know, like when you're talking as though you have like 15 minutes left to die or something. You're just like, everyone's always telling you to speak up. When those kinds of conversations are coming your way all the time, people can't hear you, they're like, what, what? Oh, can you speak up? that's a big, huge flag that your throat chakra is out of balance. And this isn't about toning down your voice or being soft and whispering and trying to really navigate the waters of conversation. This is just about that general attitude of where you're either too loud on the other end of the pendulum, or you're just too weak.
And then there's this other thing, where you can have a tendency not to express your point of view or not to express what you truly feel, that is also a red flag, because why are you not able to truly express your authentic self, your true feelings? Throat chakra is about authenticity. It's about being genuine. So if it means taking baby steps to kind of really speak your truth, then work on balancing that throat chakra. Work on bringing yourself into alignment. Because if you're not living your truth, you're kind of being fake, and being fake, or not being the individual that you truly are, is really not a good thing for you. You see where I'm going with this? Yeah, I'm sure you get the point.
The other sign that your throat chakra is out of balance is if you are having unhealthy communications that are filled with manipulation or deceit, or using destructive words. If you're verbally aggressive, if your words are filled with negativity, if you're always communicating in a vulgar way or in a coarse way, that's not right, and that is totally unhealthy. That type of communication is just wrong. Nobody likes to be manipulated, and nobody likes to be deceived. And if you're using that kind of communication to express yourself, then your throat chakra is out of balance.
And another obvious thing: sometimes, if you can't meditate or do your own personal introspection, or if you're unable to be still and to listen in depth to yourself or even listen to other people, because you always feel this need to over-speak, you always feel the need to talk over others, to shut other people down through your speech, that is a huge red flag. That type of activity that prevents you from listening to yourself and listening to other people is a sign that your throat chakra is out of balance, because communication is a two-way traffic, which involves speaking and listening.
One last thing I want to share, and I'm sure there is more, and please feel free to share your perspectives in the comment section, because all this information that you're bringing forward is helpful for everyone else who is wanting to balance their throat chakra. So don't hesitate, leave your comments. I truly always appreciate it.
The last point I want to make on this subject is that if you're also in denial about the effects that your throat chakra communication is having on others, then your throat chakra is blocked. And I think this is one of the most important things. Sometimes you just go through life bulldozing through life without really stopping to pay attention to ourselves. That is usually really a clue that your throat chakra is blocked, because if you're not able to hear, if you're in denial, which means you're not being in truth, you have completely blocked, and that blockage is just so obvious.
So if you're always in denial about how you're affecting others through your communication, and people are always telling you, oh my gosh, you're like this, like that, maybe tone down, maybe try to figure these things out. And maybe even your spirit is always speaking to you about how you communicate. Throat chakra issues. Okay, all right. Keep those communications healthy, keep your throat chakra balanced and aligned, and until next time, love you.
