Considering what we've all been through in the past year, I just want to share with you why Lepidolite, this beauty over here, is just the perfect crystal to use at this time when the energies are changing. Alright, we all know how heavy the energies have been in the last year. It has been thick. Things have been heavy, things have been dense, and we have all experienced it in some parts of our lives. The energies of last year did not spare anyone. And if they did, then you really are lucky, count those blessings, because for most people those energies were heavy, and the energies felt so stuck, and they made people feel stuck. And those heavy, dense energies caused many of us to get stuck in physical matters, in survival matters. And even astrologically speaking, man, it was crazy. Those Capricorn energies were not a laughing matter. That energy dealt with many of us thoroughly and changed us big time.
And I'm personally so happy because that heavy energy is moving away, because it made things so heavy on our minds and so heavy on our emotions and so heavy on our physical body. It was taxing, so it's a good thing that the heaviness of that energy is now something that is moving away. So hallelujah, yeah.
Anywho, the thing is this: while there might have been some good things that happened as a result of that heavy Capricorn energy that we have been experiencing, I feel that it really is time to shift gears. I feel that it's time to say goodbye to those heavy Capricorn energies and get ready for a new time going forward in airy, breezy Aquarius energy, because things are now starting to move in that direction, the direction of lightness.
And this, my friends, is where Lepidolite comes in. If you don't already have Lepidolite, this is a crystal that you definitely need to try out and experience for yourself, especially during this season, and just see how you feel about the lightness of your spirit. Remember, we've got to try new things. We've got to experience new things. We've got to work with the different crystals. It's a new time, a new energy, a new crystal. Try it out. Test it. We can't always stick with the same old same old. There's so much more to life. There's so much more to crystals. There's so much beauty to be explored. There are just so many cool experiences waiting for us to explore. So don't stay stuck in any situation that represents the same old same old. Shift. Get ready to shift. Try working with Lepidolite and see how that energy can shift for you, because Lepidolite is really a stone that lifts up heaviness. It is a stone that draws out energy from deep within the earth, from the magma of the earth, and the earth represents our physical body. I need that calmness of my spirit. I need my spirit to settle. And this is what many of us need, especially at this time, when many of us have experienced such a rough time. Things have been thick for us. So this energy of calmness and settling of our spirits is what most of us need.
Seriously, from personal experience and just looking around, people have been so stuck and frozen. And it's almost like running in mud. You know that feeling where you're like, oh, one step, then the next step, and it's so heavy, and you're not making any movement or traction. People have been feeling stuck at home, stuck in jobs, stuck financially, stuck in relationships. People have just been handled close together. Nobody can move to the left or to the right. It's been crazy. These energies have been heavy, and we are tired. I'm tired. I just want to be free.
And it's so amazing how resilient we are, how we are able to put one foot in front of the other and carry on in spite of everything that has happened on so many levels to most of us. Humans are just amazing beings. We are amazing beings, right? We are. And that's why there's no giving up. We gotta keep moving. We gotta keep living, right? Yeah.
Anyway, Lepidolite is one of those crystals that has lithium as part of its mineral composition. There are other crystals, of course, like lithium quartz, there's kunzite, there's hiddenite, there's pink tourmaline, and so forth. But the cool thing is that it's a fact that lithium is one of the minerals that is used in many medications for calming anxiety and stress, and for shifting situations, especially where the mind is concerned. And usually after many people have used lithium, they usually feel optimistic and more elevated. And you can also see this from a higher perspective, once you've lifted out the heaviness, you feel more optimistic and more elevated.
So Lepidolite is definitely a perfect crystal for things like this, because honestly, sometimes things get really, really thick and heavy. So don't suffer in silence. Get whatever kind of help you need. But at the same time, you can work with crystals like Lepidolite to really give you that supportive, uplifting energetic experience.
So at this present time, we all gotta set ourselves up for this new upcoming airy, breezy energy. Astrologically, the air element is bringing in lightness into our lives. So get ready for the air, the wind, the breeze to blow away the cobwebs of the past.
Anyway, I'm personally gonna be working more with the energies of the wind, considering that I am an Aquarius moon and a Libra rising, and those are air elements. And just because of that, I feel that the energies this time around are really gonna be supportive of me. So I really gotta set myself up, right? Anyway, no more looking at the past. It's time for Aquarius energy, and Aquarius energy is progressive and unconventional, radical, unique, and it looks towards the future. So that's where it's at at the present moment, looking into the future. And at this time, the air element is bringing lightness, and Lepidolite is a crystal that brings lightness. So consider it when you're working with these energies at this time.
Okay, so how do you know what color of Lepidolite to work with during this time? Because in the market, there's more pinkish Lepidolite, and then there's more purplish Lepidolite. The color of Lepidolite really matters, because the lighter colors, which are the more pinkish ones, contain more aluminum. The more purplish colors are the ones that contain lithium.
So if you really want to elevate your spirit and feel more optimistic, it's preferable to choose the darker colored Lepidolites, which are the more purplish ones. As a matter of fact, I bought a beautiful Lepidolite that had a lot of purple, and I just kind of remembered really looking carefully at the beads just to make sure that the crystals that I was getting were more purplish than pinkish. So for lightness and optimism, go for the purple colors.
And on the subject of Lepidolite combinations, of course, you can combine Lepidolite with whatever crystal it is that you're guided to combine Lepidolite with. But for the purposes of upliftment of your energy and lightness of energy, I would suggest Lepidolite and amethyst, or Lepidolite and sugilite, or Lepidolite and amethyst and sugilite together. For the physical level, Lepidolite and pink tourmaline are a great combination. And then for the emotional level, Lepidolite and kunzite, or Lepidolite and hiddenite, are a good combination for helping you release that emotional stuff that causes density, and allows you to kind of move out and be lifted out of that experience.
And for processes where we need to shed things layer by layer, working with a piece of Lepidolite that looks like this, that has sheets and layers, can be a very useful tool to help you just let things go step by step, if you're not one of those people who can just dump things out.
So overall, I've been loving Lepidolite so much, and I'm gonna continue working with it. I've been wearing it as jewelry, and I've also been drinking a lot of Lepidolite crystal elixirs. And the way I do it is, I don't put the Lepidolite crystal directly in my water, I put it outside the jar. I usually put quartz crystals inside the water to kind of amplify the energy that the Lepidolite around the jar are projecting inside the water. It's amazing.
