Question for you: when the wind blows and you feel it or notice it, what does it mean? What does it mean? From my perspective, it means something. And if you love to work with nature, you're going to love this, because I'm going to share with you some cool wisdom about how to work with the wind and how the wind works for us all the time.

Anywho, the wind wants to touch you. It wants to share its wisdom with us. So don't be afraid of the wind, especially if it's a breezy type of wind. As long as it's not blowing fiercely or it's not those gusty type of winds, it's all good. And for sure those gusty type of winds or those fierce winds have their place, but for today I'm only focusing on the breezy type of winds.

Okay, so the thing is this: Mother Nature is an intelligent being, and anything that Mother Earth does, anything that Gaia does with her natural resources like the wind or with water and so forth, is not an accident. And because it's not an accident, when the wind blows from one location to another, it's usually carrying particles of dust, soil, and energies from the places that it has passed through, and that is usually from far and wide, and it brings that energy to us. It brings it to you, it brings it to your city, and it brings that energy to your community.

So nothing is ever an accident. Whatever energy is supposed to reach you will reach you, and when it comes from nature, it's usually a good, loving, beneficial energy, if you know how to tap into it. Just think about this from a higher perspective: on any given day, why is the wind blowing in your specific direction in a way that you can stop to appreciate it? Why is the wind blowing in a way that you can notice, that, oh my god, this wind is kind of this way or that way? Why are you noticing that breeze and enjoying it on that specific day?

Anywho, let me just say this: there are obviously scientific explanations about why the wind blows a certain way or why it moves in a specific direction, but that's not what I'm talking about in this video today. I'm focusing on the windy breeze, the metaphysical aspects of working with the energy of nature, of the earth, to support us in our process, as part of the spiritual tools that we can use in this life experience.

Okay, so anyway, the way I see it is that everything in nature is in perfect order, including the wind. And even when we are not conscious about the higher workings of things, things happen the way they need to happen. We may not always understand why things are happening the way they are happening, but on a higher level, nothing just happens. And I know that there are some people who don't agree with the idea that nothing just happens, but it's okay. It's all good, because people always believe what they need to believe until they don't believe those things that they used to believe anymore. So life just happens, and sometimes we evolve from our beliefs or we stick with them. And there's nothing wrong with whichever option one chooses at any given moment.

Okay, anywho, in the last many months, being away from the city and being able to be more focused on nature and its love for us, I have really come to appreciate the power and the energy of the wind, the breath of Mother Earth, and how nature helps us. It's just been so humbling for me. And I truly respect nature's wisdom and the earth's love for us, and how powerful it is, or how powerful it can be for us, if we work with it consciously: to nurture ourselves, to heal ourselves, to transform ourselves, to make our lives much, much better. And the beauty of most of these things is that the best things in life are free.

Nature is free. And if we utilize this free energy and these resources from the earth, then we have another spiritual tool to add on to what we already have to help us as we journey along this life, or even specifically in our daily lives. And this is why I love to share different types of information with you: so that no one feels like they don't have an option or they don't have a choice or they don't know what to do, because there's so much free, natural ways to do a lot of things that can really be beneficial for us. Remember, Mother Nature always has your back.

Okay, so anyway, the wind is a messenger, and it is sometimes also the message. And if you stop for a minute and begin to see the wind as a messenger, or if you believe on a higher level that the wind has a message, you will notice that when you're working consciously with the energy of the wind, it will bring you a much-needed healing or clearing message, or information. Information that symbolizes the message that you need to receive. And so when the wind is blowing in a way that you can feel and notice, ask yourself: what does it mean for me? What does this blowing wind help me to see about what's going on in my life? Ask these questions of yourself, because the answers you need might be right there in the wind.

So the other cool thing I want to share about the wind is that the wind helps to dissipate energies. It helps to dissolve and process feelings and energies. It helps to scatter away energies that are in our auric field that are not making us feel good, those types of energies that cause us to have tension, the ones that cause us to have anxiety. You may have noticed sometimes that when you're walking and the wind is blowing through you, you tend to feel so much better. The wind has a way of dealing with those types of dense energies. So if you're feeling heavy, or if you're feeling tense, or you're feeling fearful or nervous or stressed out for whatever reason, work with the energy of the wind to help you release that tension. Let the wind blow through you. As a matter of fact, hmm, today could be a good day for you to go out and just allow the wind to move through you.

If the wind is blowing in a way that is tangible for you, yeah, step out today and just feel that energy. Notice that energy blowing through you. Feel the tension in your body being released and blown away. Notice the anxiety calming down and lessening as the wind blows through you. It always feels so good. And the amazing thing is that even when you're not focused on what the wind is doing, it just does its thing. Nature always does its thing. It always has our back.

It refreshes our energy, but just like with all things, for me personally, I believe that it's always good to kind of focus on the intentionality of what we want done for us, so that we can really feel the experience of the spiritual tools that we are working with. But that's just me, because I usually like to pay attention to details of how different things affect my energy. Anyway, just try it: go out in the wind and feel the breeze and see how it's affecting your energy.

Okay, and always remember that you are not alone. Even on days when you're feeling alone and unsupported, remember that Mother Earth loves you. Mother Earth supports you, and Mother Earth will use her resources to support you. And you can tap into that and use nature to nurture yourself and to resolve some of the issues that you're experiencing in your physical body. You can use nature to relieve that tension, and you can do that any time.

And maybe today is a good day for you to be out walking in nature, or being out in the wind, or in an open space where the wind can blow through you. Think about it. It's easy. You can do it right now.

Anywho, another thing that is important to know when you're working with the wind is the direction of the wind or the quality of the wind involved. The direction and the quality of the wind is not always necessary to know, but it matters in some cases. For example: is it an east wind? Is it a west wind? Is it a south wind or a north wind? The wind that comes from the east has a reputation, it's kind of known to gather any kind of destructive forces and toss those away. But all these directional winds also mean something in many traditions. They have some symbolisms in many traditions, and on higher levels, these directional winds all have a specific purpose. So don't take that for granted either. But it's not that necessary when you're just working with the wind to blow off steam.

The other thing is the quality of the wind on any given day. Notice how the wind feels. Is it a choppy type of wind? Is it a scattered type of wind? Is it a breezy, consistent type of wind? This matters, because when the wind is choppy or when it's scattered, or when you can look out of the window and see that the wind is blowing leaves around and there's lots of dust particles in the air, that type of wind has a specific type of energy. It has a specific quality. And remember that the wind is a messenger. It has a message. And this aspect of the quality of the wind is important to pay attention to, because the wind is a messenger, the wind has a message. So if you're working with the energy of the wind that has a choppy quality of the wind, it's probably a message for you that something in your energy is being chopped off, something in your energy is being scattered away. Or it's probably something that's letting you know: allow the thing to be scattered. Allow whatever it is in your energy to be blown away, so that you can be free.

And by the same token, if you notice that on a specific day the wind is just consistent and smooth and breezy and easy, then allow that smooth quality of the wind to blow through you and bring consistency in your life. It can just be as simple as that. So being aware or noticing the quality of the wind matters.

Then the other thing is this: there is also something awesome about the wind, and that thing is that it connects us to our spirit animals. And this is such a good thing, especially for those who work with the energy of spirit animals. There's so much spirit medicine in the creatures of the earth, the energy of the bears, the energy of the elks, the energy of the wolves, the energy of the turtles, the energy of the lions, the energy of the owls, and so many other creatures. And many people have totem animals as spirit guides. So this is a very important energy. And since most humans don't have direct access to their spirit animals, and these animals are not found in every location on the earth, one way to connect with the qualities of these animals, like their strength, their power, their survival instinct, is through the wind, which comes into contact with the energies or the auras of these animals and then blows that energy from the location of the animals and spreads it to where it needs to go.

Mother Earth knows what we need, and it uses the wind to blow up the soil and the dust that these spirit animals have touched on or stepped on, and it carries that energy for miles and miles and deposits it on you, so that you can experience the quality or the energy of your spirit animals. Or it deposits it where the energy quality of that animal, whether it's power or strength or resilience, can be experienced by people who need it the most. So the wind really is a messenger that brings all types of nurturing supports to all types of people who need whatever type of thing that is required at any given moment.

So if you consciously understand this, that wind that is blowing out there might just be carrying the message that you need. So on a windy day or a breezy day or a blustery day, just position yourself to experience the wind blowing through you and clearing your energy and healing you and relieving you of tension, and just enjoy the powerful benefits that are coming to you from far and wide. And if you're unable to get out into the wind, you can always get some part of you out into the wind, even if it just means reaching out your hand and letting the wind blow through it, just like sometimes when you're in a car, you can put your hand out through the window and just let the breeze move through you. It feels so nice. If you've tried it, you know what I mean. It really does. So you can always do things like that: just put your hand out and just allow the wind to move through you or to breeze through you as the car drives by, or something. Or even just open a window, whether it's in your house or whatever, and just let the wind blow in.

So crystal lovers, tell me: do you work with the wind energetically, or how does the wind support you? Let me know in the comments section. And until next time, I love you, and stay breezy.
