Have you been ignoring your chakras? Your heart chakra cannot be ignored. Your solar plexus chakra cannot be ignored. Your third eye, your crown chakra, your sacral, your root chakra cannot be ignored. All our chakras cannot be ignored, especially at this time when we are being bombarded by so many things, and many of us are experiencing a lot of things that are causing our chakras to close up. There are just some weird things happening out there that are really throwing some of us off balance and causing our chakras to dim. And this is not what we want, considering that there's so much higher work that we are all here to do. So our energy centers cannot be ignored. We need to be energetically balanced and walking around with happy, vibrant, sparkling chakras.

Anyway, for those who don't have time to go through a long process of meditating to open and align or balance their chakras, or for those times when you're feeling lazy, I'm going to share with you this quick and effective cup method that you can use to balance your chakras, and I'm sure this will help you guys out, okay?

I learned this method several years ago when I was working with a teacher and a mentor that I highly respect, because this person has a lot of wisdom and knowledge when it comes to working with subtle energy, and especially as it pertains to ancient healing technologies. I was so glad when he taught us this specific way of working with simple things like cup energies to really open up the chakras, and it is just so brilliant. I'd like you to test it for yourself to see how this works out for you, and let me know in the comment section how you feel, because it's just so easy, okay?

Anyway, to give you a quick background: shapes are powerful tools for interacting with subtle energies, including chakra energies. Our bodies, our energy, usually come into resonance with shapes like circles or squares or triangles or pyramids or hexagons or octagons or whatever, because the geometries or the shapes that are already within us recognize the energies of those shapes that are external to us and come into resonance.

So by the law of resonance, similar shapes come into resonance with each other. Similar vibrations come into resonance with each other. Similar frequencies, similar whatnots, all come into resonance with each other. People with similar energies or similar interests usually come into resonance with each other. Crystal lovers come into resonance with each other. You and I, because we kind of like the same things, we come into resonance with each other. That's how the law of resonance works. Similar objects come into resonance with similar things.

And in the same way, different geometric shapes come into resonance with different planes of nature. For example, upward pointing objects or shapes like pyramids or obelisks usually resonate, come into resonance, with the spiritual level. And circular shapes or spheres or egg shapes or ovals usually come into resonance with the physical plane, or the realm of creation and manifestation in this 3D world. Oh my God, there's so much that I could say about this subject of shapes and what realm they resonate with, and what they represent when they are pointing upwards or downwards, or when they are flat or 3D or 2D, and what they are affecting or influencing. There's just so much to be said about this topic, and maybe I'm going to make a separate video on it because it's just so exciting. I always believe that understanding some of these things really gives us a leg up in terms of knowing what to work with when you're working with all these tools consciously. But anyway, this specific video is about using the dome shape, which most cups have.

I know that there are many healing traditions that use different types of symbols to represent the energies of different chakras. But that's not what I'm talking about today. Today I'm focusing on an entirely different thing, and that is an easy way to use the dome shape to open up or to balance your chakras, okay? All right. The thing is this: spheres are actually very harmonious shapes. A sphere is the 3D version of a circle, and a circle is the 2D version of a sphere. And when you think about it, a dome shape like this one is usually geometrically and energetically derived from a full sphere, which is usually very harmonious. So a sphere is split in two and then you get two dome shapes, and the dome shapes usually emanate energy from the bottom of the sphere.

The bottom of a sphere or the bottom of a dome is usually where the energy emanates from. This circular portion is usually the feminine aspect, the creative side of anything. And the lines usually represent the masculine or the action-oriented part of anything. So when you're working with any shape or symbol or anything, when you have circular shapes, they're usually very feminine and very creative in nature. And that's the energy that is usually used to start the creation process. And when you're working with things with a lot of lines, that is how the energy moves from hopefully a creative source. So circular is feminine, lines are masculine. Anyway, that's just a side tidbit of information. But domes and pyramids are very, very powerful energies. That's why they're used in temples, in mosques, in churches, all these architectural buildings that have a purpose. You know how they build these things to channel energy in a lot of places? Dome shapes and pyramid shapes are usually used because they have a specific energy quality that captures or goes into resonance with specific energetic or spiritual qualities. And perhaps you may have seen some spiritual people holding a holy grail goblet, which is usually dome shaped with a long stem as a handle. These dome shapes are very powerful, and that's why they're used in rituals.

So by the same principle, when you're using a cup on your chakra, an inverted dome, a dome that's facing upward like this one here, the spherical shape of your chakras will come into resonance with the spherical shape of the cup or of the container that you're using. And it's very important to remember that when you're using a cup on your chakras, this cup should be facing upward. It should not be inverted this way. It should be facing this way. It's this way, not that way, okay? Keep that in mind, because the energies are really influenced differently when working with upward facing energies and downward facing energies.

Oh, and let me tell you this. During my energy healing days, I learned something so interesting. I learned that chakras, when viewed energetically, look like circular spheres. And when they're not developed, when they're small, when there's something wrong with them, they look like really dim, dull, circular spheres. But when they're developed, when they're energetically balanced, when they are full of vitality and life, they look like blazing, sparkling, twinkling, bright suns or whirlpools of circular energy. They are absolutely beautiful to look at. And this happy energy is where I really hope that our chakras can be at. At least, I hope that is how my chakras look. Maybe 80%, I can be happy with 80%. If wishes were horses! But anyway, it doesn't matter. We just try to bring our chakras into alignment to the best that we can, right? Well, I can imagine if my chakras were just all happy and bouncing at all times. Man, I think my perception of life would be totally something else. I can't even imagine.

Anyway, because chakras are energetically spherical, on the days that you're feeling that one of your chakras, or all of your chakras, are feeling blocked, you can open them or balance them or increase their size by using a dome-shaped cup, which resembles half of a sphere. And this is how to do it easily.

To begin to open your chakra using a cup, take a cup and hold it using your dominant hand, or your projective hand, or the hand that you use the most, and then put the cup on any chakra of your choice. If your throat chakra is blocked, put the cup on your throat chakra. I know this cup is a little big. You might use a smaller cup for this. You just put it on your throat chakra, or you put it on your heart chakra, or you put it on your solar plexus. It's up to you to determine or to decide what particular chakra feels blocked to you. And you can use this same method or this same process on all of your chakras. If you're using it on all of your chakras, you use the bottom-to-top method, okay? So you start placing the cup at the root chakra, then the sacral chakra, then the solar plexus, then the heart chakra, then the throat chakra, going upwards. But if you're working only on a specific chakra, which is entirely possible, place your cup on that specific chakra. So in my case, because sometimes I have digestive issues, I usually like to use the cup on my digestive or solar plexus chakra. Oops, and remember that the cup should be facing this way, not this way. It should be facing this way. Upward facing or outward facing.

And you can do this exercise either laying down or sitting down. It doesn't matter, just as long as you can hold it in a way that balances or projects energy outward. And once you have placed the cup on that particular chakra, pay attention. And you will notice something very interesting. When the cup is on your chakra and you're paying attention and listening, you'll begin to feel the energy moving. In many cases, you will begin to notice that your breathing changes. You'll notice that you're either yawning or that energy is moving in your body. You can feel the gases in your body. You might even experience some goosebumps. It's just such an interesting process. And it really is the way energy moves. As a matter of fact, I made a video on how to feel subtle energy, which I'm going to post at the end of this video, so that those who are interested in learning how subtle energy moves can also get additional insights about that process in that video.

But what happens is really, really interesting. So notice for yourself: what are you feeling? Are you feeling the energy movement in your body? Are you feeling your chakras opening? What happens to me personally is that immediately, when I place the cup and I begin to focus on listening and hearing what my body is doing, I usually notice that my chakras open straight away. I feel those things because it's usually a conscious intention of doing things for me. And please remember this when you're doing this exercise: chakras are energy vortexes. And when you place a spherical shape, or the dome shape of a cup, on your chakra, which is a spherical vortex, the chakras will come into resonance with the spherical shape of the cup. And the energy of your chakras, which is like a fire or a swirling vortex, will open up around your cup like a flame around your cup. So imagine your chakra looking similar to something like this: the flame opening up around that cup and expanding your chakra and opening your chakra and therefore balancing your chakra.

You'll really feel an energetic difference if you're paying attention. It really is so easy, and it is so cool. Now, test this cup method for opening up your chakras and see for yourself. And then let me know in the comment section what you have experienced. Do you feel that your chakras have opened? Do you feel that you're energetically aligned after doing this exercise? I would like to know. And until next time, let's keep ourselves energetically balanced, sparkling, bright, full of vitality and all those good things, we have work to do.
