Hi, do you know why we hold crystals in the palm of our hands or why we place crystals on our hand chakras? What's going on? Is it just random or is there a method to this madness?
Well, in this video, I'm going to share at least one reason why we hold crystals in the palms of our hands or place them in our hand chakras, so that at least when you're working with crystals and holding them in your hand chakra, you can be fully aware of what's going on and enjoy the process through and through.
Okay.
So many of us usually hold crystals in the palm of our hands when we are doing meditations or maybe when we're just walking around, or some of us have even gone to energy healers and had the healers place crystals on the palm of our hands or whatever.
We're all very familiar with this. So what usually happens when you place crystals in the palm of your hands is that energy begins to move from your palm chakra.
And it moves and affects your chest area, your heart area, and your abdomen. It removes blockages and any kind of stagnation that's in your chest.
Your chest area, which contains your lungs, which is responsible for your breath, your ability to breathe, anything that is preventing you from breathing is removed and unblocked.
Anything within your heart chakra that's preventing you from receiving and giving, that's keeping you in grief, that's causing you to be really, really constricted is removed. It's brought to the surface for you to recognize and release.
And anything in your abdomen, your abdomen is responsible for digestion. When you can't take in life, when you can't digest life on any level, something is not right.
So when we place crystals on the palm of our hands, it gives us the ability, number one, first thing that happens is to move that energy out so you can begin to receive.
Once you've recognized what's going on with your life and you've brought those things to the surface and your heart is open, your abdomen is open, your heart chakra is open on both the physical and energetic level, then your mind can get clear to start processing the incoming information that's coming from spirit.
So that's why we usually place crystals on the palm of our hands. So I hope this helps you so you're more consciously aware and you are enjoying working with your crystals, knowing what's really happening when you're working with your crystals.
And you can work with crystals, obviously. Like amethyst in the sphere form is very, very good for the hand chakra.
When you have an amethyst crystal in the sphere shape, it's very, very good for opening up the hand chakra and thereby allowing these processes to happen very quickly for you.
If you have rose quartz crystal, you can place it also on your palm chakra. It's very, very good for allowing the love energy to come in and to remove every grief and any kind of bereavement energy that you have in your heart.
You know, just different kinds of crystals. If you have a Rhodochrosite, it's also another excellent crystal for really quickly creating movement into the body.
