Hi, is your hand chakra blocked? A few months ago, I had an experience in which it was brought to my awareness that the reason I was having trouble receiving from the universe was because my hand chakra was blocked.
I was reminded how to activate my hand chakra and how to consciously use my hand chakra as a portal for receiving from the universe. This is what I'm going to be talking about in this video.
For purposes of this video, I'm only going to be talking about the receiving hand, which is usually the left hand for most people, or what some people refer to as the less dominant hand.
I don't know why it's referred to as the less dominant hand because for me, receiving is equally as good as giving. There has to be a balance in all things.
So the less dominant thing, I don't know about that, but I'm going to be talking about the receiving hand.
There's so many reasons why people like me have problems receiving from the universe.
My main reason for having a blockage in receiving, even though I want things to happen, has been because I usually don't believe that I can receive a gift or anything from many people or circumstances or events unconditionally.
I always feel like there's a condition attached to a gift or to anything that comes into my life. Usually when I get something, I'm thinking, oh my gosh, that's a good gesture.
But then in the back of my mind, I'm usually running a subconscious program that says, Caroline, now it's time to pay off this debt because you received something.
Now you've got to start jumping and skipping and just bouncing around, trying to see how you can repay this thing. It's always like, how can it be possible that someone can just give me something? What's the catch?
I usually run this subconscious program in the back of my head, which has now been brought to my attention, obviously, so I can look at it. Why am I running this program?
Why do I not believe that the universe can provide for me unconditionally? And the good thing about learning about yourself and observing yourself is that when these things come up, you can identify them, work on yourself, and release them.
Then just bring in unconditional love into the situation and open your heart up to receive from the universe.
The things that come up into our lives, especially now, if you're aware, are just for them to be looked at for what they are and released in love, because these are the things that are stopping us from moving on and doing what we've got to do in this beautiful world.
So anyway, that was always my situation. There's a debt, there's a trap. How can I be worthy of unconditional love? How can I be worthy to really receive something from someone who has a pure heart?
How can I receive it into my field with that kind of purity?
Even though in so many ways my desire is always to receive from the universe. Of course, like everyone else, you want to receive things in your life. You want to receive messages in your life.
You want to just keep receiving love and then giving. But usually it's so much easier to give than to receive.
So when this awareness was brought to me about how my hand chakra was playing a key role in blocking my ability to receive, I was so excited because it just reminded me of a lot of things.
It reminded me of how blocked I was, and this thing happens for most of us. We don't trust people anymore. We don't trust situations anymore because so many things have happened to us.
So it's sort of hard to get through these things, but these things are locked in our subconscious mind and they hinder us from making progress.
So now, at this particular time, these kinds of activations or rememberings or the magic that we are learning, they might seem simple, but they really help to consciously put us in a state of mind where we can really play a part in activating ourselves to receive, and that is really the reason why I'm sharing this.
Of course the hand chakra, some people consider it to be a very minor chakra, but it's really not, and we can always receive information from any of the portals, the chakra portals that we have.
But for this video, I'm only going to talk about the hand chakra because that is the exciting information that I received, and any exciting information that I receive, I just want to share it because who knows, it might be helpful for somebody.
So how do you activate your hand chakra to receive? You activate your hand chakras by using symbols.
In my experience, I was shown to use symbols to activate my hand chakra, and these symbols can be any universal symbol that means anything to you, or it could be a personal symbol.
It really, really helps to have a personal symbol because those personal symbols are activated just for you. So if you have any personal symbol, use that.
I draw the symbol on my hand with the intention of activating it. One of my favorite symbols is the symbol of the spiral. The spiral to me is a universal symbol, obviously, but it signifies an expansion.
When I draw the spiral on my hand chakra, I intend an expansion of the ability to receive from the universe.
And how I participate in this process is by consciously being a key player, setting my intention, aligning my mind and my heart and my body and my action, the physical action as one, and seeing that energy flowing through my hand chakra and into my heart.
I know the receiving hand really moves energy into the heart center. There's no way you can love someone or give anyone anything if your heart chakra is blocked. So your heart chakra really basically opens up and allows the processing of love.
Even love that feels conditional, when it comes in through your heart, you receive and it gets processed and you receive it as unconditional love.
People who suffer from situations where they feel that things are conditional, I find this process very helpful for them.
Because when I'm setting my intention of an expansion of love through drawing this spiral on my hand chakra, when I'm drawing that symbol, I see that energy moving in and being processed as unconditional.
So my intention is, the spiral energy is expanding, the wave of reception from the universe is coming out so huge and so large, and it's being processed unconditionally in my heart.
So it just feels right, and that's one of the ways that I activate my hand chakra.
Another symbol that I use is sometimes I draw this symbol of love, a love heart, to activate my hand chakra and to always remind me that the universe provides for me unconditionally. I am loved unconditionally. It could be any symbol.
Remember, sometimes I draw a personal symbol like this octagon. This is an octagon with a cross. This is a personal symbol that I received in my dream. I know the personal meaning for it, and I use it really.
It's a very, very powerful symbol, and sometimes I draw the sign of the octagon on my hand chakra to remind me of the process of just jumping through certain frequencies to receive from the universe.
It really, really depends on what a symbol means for you, and sometimes you can draw a circle on the palm of your hand to just show the completeness and the wholeness of that ability to receive from the universe unconditionally.
Or you can even draw anything, just like a flower. This is a beautiful flower, the beauty of receiving from the universe.
So if you're feeling like, oh my gosh, what is the universe bringing to me, or you can't receive because you just don't see the beauty in things, you can draw beautiful images, something that reminds you, a symbol that reminds you of beauty.
So when you're receiving it, you're seeing the beauty through which that love comes, through which help comes, as a very beautiful thing, an unconditional beautiful thing that's coming into your life.
So you can use any kind of symbol, and sometimes you can even use symbols like the triangle to amplify the receiving. So these are some of the symbols that you can use in your life. You can use any symbol, anything.
Right on your hand chakra, focus your intention on the energy of those symbols and receive. Open up that chakra by intending that you're open to receiving abundance from the universe, whatever it is that you want.
You're open to receiving it, and just see that energy coming in as unconditional love into your heart chakra, and therefore into your being, and into your energy field, and into every other thing that you desire or that is around you.
So that's one way of activating your hand chakra. You can also activate your hand chakra by using tones. Sometimes I activate my hand chakra by toning, making that universal sound of om.
So I would just set my intention in my receiving hand and see the blessings that are coming from the universe, and use that universal sound of om, which brings everything into alignment.
So if I'm not aligned because I'm feeling a certain kind of way, I open up my hand and I make that sound, a prolonged om.
This sound is the primordial sound of the universe, which brings everything into alignment. It is such a powerful mantra that many people use. If you're not comfortable using the om sound, you can use the ah sound, a prolonged ah sound. Pardon my voice.
Those kinds of sounds, they open up the heart chakra. They open up that ability. They make you expansive. They really do expand you.
So when you use those sounds and you tone them on your hand chakra, it opens it up, and then your ability to receive becomes so much more unconditional and so much more loving and so much more activated.
These are some things that I saw in my dreams. And then also you can use the power of numerology. You can write symbols of numerology on your hand. You can activate your hand chakra in various ways.
You can use the number one to show new beginnings, when you want to receive and you want to start afresh.
You can use the number one and draw it in your hand, and just tone on it so that you can start a new beginning.
If you want to receive peace and balance, you can use number two. Draw number two on your hand. The number two, not two-two-two. Just the number two. Then you can use the number three, draw it on your hand, for creativity.
It depends on what those numbers mean to you. The numbers have an energy signature, and there's so many varied meanings that are attached to the numbers. So it doesn't matter.
There are so many resources on the internet that can show you what the numbers mean. So pick a number that makes sense for you, and find a word that makes sense for you.
And then when you're writing that number down on your palm or on your hand chakra, you can use that.
For me, three is usually representative of creativity. So I use the number three. I can draw the number three. If I want grounding, I use the number four. If I want transformation and change, I draw the number five.
I want to receive transformation and change, I draw the number five. I want to receive health, I draw the number six. I want to receive spirituality, it's number seven for me. I want infinite blessings, I use the number eight.
If I want to complete something, I use the number nine. So it really, really depends. You can also use numerology for those kinds of things.
Then you can also use the power of your breath to activate your hand chakra. You can just make your intentions, and you're activating your ability to receive by using your breath. Your breath is life. You give life to your ability to receive.
So you can just breathe in and exhale life into whatever it is that you want to receive. So it really doesn't matter.
And I've also noticed that the whole idea of activating my chakras, or my hand chakra, has enabled me to not only receive things in a material way, but portals of information on how to receive have really been activated in my life.
So really, it's just not so much about the material aspect of receiving.
The way the information has come to me since I started activating my hand chakra consciously is with such synchronicity from different areas and from different people, and just such an expansion of wisdom on how to receive for myself, so that the foundation can be grounded.
I really, really cannot underestimate the power of activating your hand chakras.
So really, let's open up and just breathe and just allow ourselves to receive the love that is coming to us unconditionally. It's time for unconditional love. It really, really is. Thank you so much, guys. I love you. I'll see you next time.
