Hi, in this video I'm going to be talking about how to put yourself in an optimal state in order to receive messages from your crystals or from the universe. Yes, what you do with those crystals once you've brought them home.
How you listen to those messages that the crystals are offering to you. In order to be able to use them in a way that can help you heal yourself and transform your life. So interesting to me.
So anyway before I do that let me show you this crystal. This crystal is Old Rusty, this is Old Rusty, a very trusted friend of mine.
We've been together for a long time its taking me through a lot of processes and one of the things that Old Rusty has taught me is that there's so many ways of doing things. Old Rusty is a clear quartz cluster.
And the important thing about this cluster is that each point really shows me that there are different ways of doing things.
So if you have a crystal cluster, maybe that's one of the messages and the lessons that you can learn from your cluster point.
Its goes to show me that, Caroline there's so many ways that you can love. There's just not one way. You can love this way. You can love that way. You can love that way. You can love that way.
There's so many ways that you can send light. There's' so many ways that you can do things. And yes of course there's so many ways that you can listen to messages from the crystal and from the universe.
So I might touch on a few points here today, if I remember what they are. And I can communicate them within the time that I make this video. And I might leave some out. But there's so many ways to do things.
But these are some of the ways that I found to be very important in helping me to be in state where I can receive messages from the crystals. And the same principal can be used to receive messages from the universe.
The first thing that I want to talk about is being in a state of surrendering. Surrendering to the fact that there's so many other ways to communicate information. Other than the way that we think with in our conscious state of mind.
Information is coming through from different races, from different realms, from different dimensions, from different intuitive senses that if you are stuck on the idea that information will come forth in a way that is probably visible to us or through a person, or through a specific channel then we might miss out on the larger fact that information is constantly coming from other realms and from other consciousness's.
So the first thing to do is to surrender to the fact that it is possible for information to be communicated through crystals, through nature, and through other consciousness's.
If you miss that point then definitely you'll be having a hard time, a tough time listening to your crystals. Or getting information from your crystals. So surrender to the fact that crystals are talking. And they're here to talk.
And then all will be well.
Okay, so that's one way. Another way is to be in a state of unconditional love.
Unconditional love, you've seen lovers, when people are in love they're just in that state of openness and reception and non-judgment and everyone is so happy and joyful and in love and everything's just so beautiful. And that is truly how we really should be.
Because it shows me that my gosh when people are in love and they are crazy in love, which I think they should not even be called crazy, because that is how we should be.
We should really be in that state of we are so loving and so accepting of everybody and everything is fine. And we have such hope and expectation. This is who we are. We are loving beings. But you know what's funny?
That people drop in frequency and then they start criticizing and judging the other person. And everything is now falling apart. Because people have now dropped from that state of unconditional love to conditional love. So then it becomes difficult to receive information.
To be receptive and warm. And to be in a state of joy.
So another way to receive information really is to truly be in a state of unconditional love. On that high frequency to the degree that you can. So you can really be feeling joyful. And you can flow in your creativity.
And you can work it from that level. Be open to ideas. Cause when you're in a state of unconditional love or if you're in love with whatever it is you're doing, your heart is open.
I know for a fact that it will take a lot of us a lot of time to get to that state of unconditional love so I might say, "Let's just be in a state of love to the degree that we can." And when we are in a state of love our hearts are open.
Are hearts are expansive. We are willing to receive information. We are willing to love others. To not judge information as it comes through.
So that's another way that I feel is very important in order to put us in a place of being receptive from crystals and from the universe. When we love we are open and we are expanded.
Another way to do this is to maintain our health. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically we have to be in balance. Its' so much easier to get information. Clear information when we are in a good state of health.
You know how it is when you're ill? It's not possible for you to think clearly most times. And when you're not together there's just something about you resisting information. Of course you know you want to do the right.
Of course you know you want to do the right thing and you want to listen but you just can't because there's so much pain.
So when we retain optimal health and our life force is flowing well and we feel good about our bodies and our clears, or all our intuitive senses are open its very easy for us to connect to information that's coming through from crystals and even from the universe.
Maintain a good balance body pH. Come back into balance to the degree that you can. Ensure that your channels are open. There are no blockages.
And then it might be, it may be way for you to place yourself easily in a place where you can receive information from crystals. So surrender to the fact that crystals are here and they're talking.
Be in a state of joy, unconditional love, and openness, and having an expanded heart, and also be in a state of good health so you can focus and be clear when you're listening to messages from the universe and from crystals.
Another thing you can do is obviously to learn to be in a state of meditation. Meditation is a good way to help you be still.
When you're in that state of deep contemplation it's very easy for you to listen to the messages that are coming from your heart. Because everything should really come from within. And so when you're in that state and you've learned how to do it.
You can easily get information from crystals and also from the universe. You can also learn how to do deep concentration where you concentrate on messages that the universe is giving you. That nature is giving you.
That when you just watch with deep concentration, the messages of the ripples in the waters, what does it mean? When you're out in nature, what does it mean? What is it saying?
Once you've put out a question to the universe and you're meditating with your crystal, and you're concentrating, and then you begin to see what's coming around you, what does it mean? So mediation and deep concentration and just deep contemplation.
Learning how to do these things can help you easily be in a state of receive messages from the crystals and also from the universe.
Another thing to do is to look at the people who are coming around you. When you're meditating with crystals you have to sometimes think about, who are these people that are coming around me?
Put a question to the universe and then begin to think, oh my gosh! Who is this person that's coming around me?
After I ask this question, "What is my environment saying to me?" Because the crystals can also lead other people to come to you. To reflect back to you. Or to act as a mirror to give you the messages that you seek.
We are all mirrors for each other. If you look out around you notice who is that person? What are they doing? How is it affecting me? Always remember we create our lives moment by moment.
It's such a terrible thing or a lesson to even think about. It's so hard for me to even believe this message in the beginning. Caroline, you mean you created this in your life? How are you creating this?
But slowly by slowly I'm beginning to see that's the truth. As within so without.
We are creative beings. By our thoughts we create things. We bring things into our environments to teach us something. So whatever it is good or bad, there's nothing like good or bad, because in the end it really helps us in our evolution process.
So it's nothing to be afraid of. It's a scary process to truly grasp the concept that we are truly creating our realities. And that the people in our lives truly mirror back to us what we have created.
There's no way these people are going to show up in our environment if we didn't create them for them to reflect back to us things that we might not be conscious about.
So when you're working with crystals or when you're expecting messages from the universe remember that the people around you are coming to reflect back to you what you yourself have created. They're coming to show you the answers that you need.
So when you're asking a crystal a question whose coming into your life? Is the message good? Is it bad? Do you need change because of what is being reflected?
Or do you just need to be so happy because good things are happening and things are going your way? Think about it. It's a deep message. It's very powerful. It's very difficult for many people to grasp, including myself.
But the universe is so kind and the people that are around us truly they're all loving beings. No matter how they may appear or in what format they may appear. Whether they come happily or aggressively, they're here to help us evolve.
So let's learn the lessons and figure it out as quickly as we can. And just bring ourselves back into balance. It's a beautiful process. It really truly is.
And sometimes when you find yourself resistant to listening to a spiritual message or a message that a crystal has brought forth, the resistance is sometimes because we are not ready to take the quantum leaps that is required. Because, oh my gosh!
Sometimes you find the message is so demanding of you. To raise yourself. To elevate yourself. To eliminate things in your life. To introduce something. To rise up to the truth of who you are. And to feel, "Oh my gosh, I can't do this.
I can't do this." So once you work on dissolving those factors that prevent you from becoming who you truly are, which is truly a powerful being, then you'll find that it's so much easier for you to listen to crystals messages and flow with that information going forward.
We can not be afraid anymore. We are here to be transformed. We are here to have our lives changed. We are here to be in our own full power and strength. And it's not always about us.
It's about everyone else that's waiting for you to rise up to that person that you are. So that things can fall in place. It's a step by step process. We are all waiting for each other. We are all here to transform eventually.
So the faster we do this the better. The universe is always going to speak. The crystals are always talking. Nature is always talking. Messages are always coming through.
And this could be a message for you that it's time to really rise up and really shine because truly healing is here. Transformation is here. And we truly have no choice but to truly go with the flow of life as it is.
And then another thing also that I want to talk about here is the fact that we must always remember that we are multidimensional beings. So crystals might be conveying a message or the universe might be conveying a message.
And you might think that you don't see it. Or you don't understand it. Because it's not showing up in a linear form. It's not coming up as one, two, three, step A, step B, step C things are not in a linear form. Why?
Because we are multidimensional beings and as a multidimensional being it's just not one, two, three sometimes you go wide. You expand your reach. Or you go deep. You root yourself. You dig deep.
So you might not see the changes that are happening in your life or the messages that are happening in your life with your tangible eyes because you're expecting things to be in a linear way.
And the reason could be because you're expanding your breath of knowledge or you're expanding yourself east to west. Left to right. Or you're going deep. You're going deep. After a couple of days or years or months things are happening very quickly.
Someone will be like, "Oh my gosh. You are so deep." Why? Because you took that time to go deep. Someone might not see you moving forward in a linear fashion but you have expanded your breath of knowledge and information.
So we are constantly changing. Energy is constantly motion. The changes may not be one, two, three linear fashion. They might be you going wide or you going deep or in some cases you going high.
So it doesn't really matter the crystals are always talking. The universe is always talking. So those are some of the few ways. There's' so many ways of doing things.
